The Sandra Skirt is Margaret O'Leary's most utilitarian piece — and in raisin, it's also one of the most compelling things in the collection. A deep aubergine that reads as almost burgundy in certain lights, it's the kind of colour that makes a cream knit or a blue abstract print feel immediately considered. Cut in a beautifully sueded stretch twill — 48% Tencel, 49% Cotton, 3% Spandex — it has a soft, brushed hand and just enough give to fit smoothly through the hip without any pulling or stiffness.
A structured high waistband with a detachable self-tie belt and belt loops keeps the silhouette defined, while two large patch pockets at the front hips add a quiet, workwear character that feels entirely intentional. Visible topstitching throughout, a front seam running vertically down the skirt, and a wide topstitched hem band at the bottom give it a considered, almost architectural finish. A back kick pleat keeps it easy to move in. Button closure. The skirt companion to the Sadie Pant, in the same sueded twill.
48% Tencel, 49% Cotton, 3% Spandex. Detachable tie belt. Button closure. Back kick pleat. Available in XS, S, M, and L.
